AI in Action

What “AI for Good” looks like in the real world.

AI for Good isn't just about school projects — it's shaping how entire industries serve people better. Michael Davies, CEO of Nextvestment, spent 15 years in Asia's financial sector watching the same problem: everyday people couldn't get clear answers about their own money. Only the wealthy got real guidance.

His response? Build an AI platform that gives every client — not just the top 1% — personalised, plain-language understanding of their wealth. The same technology students are learning in this competition is already being used to make professional industries fairer and more accessible.
